Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from AST Selects.​

1. Returns

Because many of our products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers, we accept returns only in the following cases:

• Item arrived damaged

• Item is defective

• Incorrect item received

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Your Email] with your order number and photos of the issue.

2. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizing (unless sizing issue was our error)

• Items used or altered after delivery​

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase before processing begins.
